黄 光偉 (Guangwei Huang)

プロフィール

中国・上海にて生まれ育つ。復旦大学卒業後、東京大学にて博士号を取得。東京大学工学系、金沢大学、新潟大学、東京大学新領域、水災害・リスクマネジメント国際センターを経て現職。

1.研究紹介

専門は水環境学。大気力学から河川・湖沼水理、物理から生態、治水から水質汚濁、数値解析から現地観測、幅広く研究活動を行って来た。学融合・学問冒険が私の信条である。 現在、人間と水域との関りを再構築することに取り組んでいる。具体的にいうと、氾濫許容型都市づくり、節水社会構築、水域環境影響評価手法改良など。

3.学生へのメッセージ

中国には「水を治めるものは天下を治める」という諺があります。今風に言い換えれば、治水・利水と環境保全との両立をなくして持続可能な社会はなし。
